Most people don't need a lengthy, expensive advice process to get good cover in place. So we lead with general advice — fast and low-cost — and bring in personal advice only when your situation genuinely calls for it.

General advice

A single ~45-minute conversation with an insurance consultant. Clear, general information on the cover types, what they do and what they cost — and we help you apply. Usually no separate advice fee, because our help is generally paid by commission from the insurer. Fast, and easy on your premiums.
General advice is provided by Fintor Insurance Pty Ltd, an authorised representative of Nexa Life Solutions Pty Ltd (AFSL 563622).
When it's warranted · 3–4 hours

Personal advice

A tailored, fee-for-service engagement with a licensed adviser — a minimum of two appointments, around 3–4 hours in total. Reserved for genuinely complex situations: business, health history, larger sums, or structuring cover inside super. Real, personal advice exactly when it's worth it — and never a fee for advice you don't need.

How we're paid

Usually no fee to you at all.

General-advice insurance is typically paid for by a commission from the insurer, built into the premium — so in most cases there's no separate fee for our help arranging your cover. Where your situation calls for personal advice, that's a fee-for-service engagement — a more involved, multi-appointment process — quoted up front before you commit. Either way, you'll always know exactly what applies before you proceed.
