Comprehensive financial advice for people whose lives have real complexity — delivered by a coordinated team, built around one relationship, and designed to grow with you.
Most advisers work alone, expected to be an expert in strategy, lending, insurance and investments all at once. That limits capacity and keeps advice expensive.
Fintor works differently. You get a dedicated private team of specialists — coordinated through one point of contact — so strategy, lending, insurance and investments all work together, in the right order.
Think of your Client Success Manager as your GP: they know your whole picture and bring in the right specialist at the right moment. Depth without the complexity — and scale without the higher cost.
Both give you a coordinated Fintor team. What changes is the depth of the strategies and the seniority of the advisers — matched to how complex your financial life really is.
Your membership is recommended by your Client Success Manager, based on your situation. Complexity drives the depth of your team — never an upsell.
Answer a few quick questions and we'll point you to the right membership.
Membership isn’t a document you file away — someone at Fintor owns your plan day to day. The difference between the two memberships is who leads it, and how deep the strategy goes.

A financial plan is only as good as how closely you keep it on track. Your membership keeps your team engaged all year — so your plan moves with your life, not against it.
Short, scheduled catch-ups with your Client Success Manager to keep the roadmap moving between reviews.
A formal review with your Client Success Manager to check your plan against real progress and adjust for what’s changed.
A deeper, formal session with your Adviser and CSM to reset the plan for the year ahead across your whole picture.
Your live financial picture in one place — and your team on hand whenever life throws a decision at you.
Both memberships share the same rhythm — regular check-ins plus two formal reviews a year. What’s Possible? steps up the seniority of your advisers and the complexity of the strategies they coordinate.

As your wealth and complexity grow, the depth of your team grows with you. You never have to start again somewhere new — you simply move up the ladder within the same relationship.
Everyday Australians (PAYG). Coordinated guidance on a membership, powered by Fintor.
A growing, more complex life — a coordinated team across your whole plan.
Your most complex years — business, retirement, estate, coordinated as one.
For significant, often multi-entity wealth — by referral or invitation.
Whatever the question — buy the next home, sell the business, retire earlier — your membership gives you a coordinated team to answer it, and a plan to act on.
Every membership has two parts: a one-off engagement to design and implement your plan, then an ongoing monthly membership that keeps your team engaged. Nothing is a surprise — every fee is quoted and agreed in writing before any work starts.
| What’s Next? | What’s Possible? | |
|---|---|---|
| Engagement (one-off, to start) | $1,000 | $1,800 |
| Advice fee (your strategy & roadmap) | $1,800 | $3,000 |
| Implementation (putting it in place) | $200 – $2,000 | $800 – $4,000 |
| Ongoing membership | $149 / month | $229 / month$349 / month if you have or want an SMSF |
| Your relationship | Client Success Manager + team | Senior adviser + CSM + team |
| Contact through the year | Regular check-ins + 2 formal reviews | Regular check-ins + 2 formal reviews |
All fees include GST and are indicative — implementation depends on the work involved and may be higher for more complex plans; it is always agreed with you in advance. If you have or establish a self-managed super fund (SMSF), the What’s Possible? membership is $349 / month rather than $229, reflecting the additional ongoing oversight an SMSF requires. These figures are general information to help you understand how membership works and are not a quote or personal advice; your actual fees are confirmed in writing in your engagement and Statement of Advice.
Your ongoing membership is designed to maintain and optimise the roadmap you already have — keeping your current strategy on track. A separate, one-off advice fee only applies when you take on something new and complex, or your circumstances change materially.
Keeping your existing roadmap and strategy working as hard as it can.
When you add a significant new strategy beyond your current roadmap.
Your membership and advice fees are the core of how Fintor is paid. In three areas, Fintor may also receive additional revenue — and in every case it’s disclosed to you in writing before you go ahead. Nothing sits hidden in the background.
When we arrange or refinance a home loan, the lender pays Fintor a commission — an upfront amount and an ongoing trail. This is paid by the lender and set out in your Credit Guide.
Always disclosedWhere you put personal insurance in place, the insurer may pay Fintor a commission. Insurance is provided on a general-advice basis through Nexa Life Solutions, and the remuneration is disclosed to you.
Always disclosedOur Investment Portfolio Team can manage your investments as a separate, fee-based service. The IPS is elective — it’s optional and never required to be a member or to receive advice.
Elective & disclosedYou can still work with Fintor without a membership — on a pay-as-you-go basis. It’s there when you need it, but you take on more of the coordination yourself, and you don’t get the live dashboard, proactive oversight or structured accountability that come with membership.
