Two advice memberships from Fintor

What’s next? What’s possible?

Comprehensive financial advice for people whose lives have real complexity — delivered by a coordinated team, built around one relationship, and designed to grow with you.

Why Fintor is different

A private team — like a GP for your money

Most advisers work alone, expected to be an expert in strategy, lending, insurance and investments all at once. That limits capacity and keeps advice expensive.

Fintor works differently. You get a dedicated private team of specialists — coordinated through one point of contact — so strategy, lending, insurance and investments all work together, in the right order.

Think of your Client Success Manager as your GP: they know your whole picture and bring in the right specialist at the right moment. Depth without the complexity — and scale without the higher cost.

Who keeps your plan moving

Your team, working between the meetings

Ongoing engagement

Membership is a relationship, not a document

A financial plan is only as good as how closely you keep it on track. Your membership keeps your team engaged all year — so your plan moves with your life, not against it.

📞

Regular check-ins

Short, scheduled catch-ups with your Client Success Manager to keep the roadmap moving between reviews.

📈

Half-yearly review

A formal review with your Client Success Manager to check your plan against real progress and adjust for what’s changed.

🌐

Annual strategy review

A deeper, formal session with your Adviser and CSM to reset the plan for the year ahead across your whole picture.

📱

MyView, always on

Your live financial picture in one place — and your team on hand whenever life throws a decision at you.

Your yearly rhythm, at a glance

Both memberships share the same rhythm — regular check-ins plus two formal reviews a year. What’s Possible? steps up the seniority of your advisers and the complexity of the strategies they coordinate.

Advice that scales with your life

As your wealth and complexity grow, the depth of your team grows with you. You never have to start again somewhere new — you simply move up the ladder within the same relationship.

Starting out

Who Says?

Whatever the question — buy the next home, sell the business, retire earlier — your membership gives you a coordinated team to answer it, and a plan to act on.

Clear, agreed up front

Fees & inclusions

Every membership has two parts: a one-off engagement to design and implement your plan, then an ongoing monthly membership that keeps your team engaged. Nothing is a surprise — every fee is quoted and agreed in writing before any work starts.

  What’s Next? What’s Possible?
Engagement (one-off, to start)$1,000$1,800
Advice fee (your strategy & roadmap)$1,800$3,000
Implementation (putting it in place)$200 – $2,000$800 – $4,000

All fees include GST and are indicative — implementation depends on the work involved and may be higher for more complex plans; it is always agreed with you in advance. If you have or establish a self-managed super fund (SMSF), the What’s Possible? membership is $349 / month rather than $229, reflecting the additional ongoing oversight an SMSF requires. These figures are general information to help you understand how membership works and are not a quote or personal advice; your actual fees are confirmed in writing in your engagement and Statement of Advice.

Membership vs one-off advice

When extra advice fees apply

Your ongoing membership is designed to maintain and optimise the roadmap you already have — keeping your current strategy on track. A separate, one-off advice fee only applies when you take on something new and complex, or your circumstances change materially.

Included in your membership

Maintain & optimise

Keeping your existing roadmap and strategy working as hard as it can.

  • Keeping your current strategy on track and optimised
  • Regular check-ins and your half-yearly & annual reviews
  • Adjusting your plan as rules, rates and your circumstances shift
  • Coordinating your existing team of specialists
  • Live dashboard, reporting, guidance and admin support
A one-off advice fee

A new, complex strategy

When you add a significant new strategy beyond your current roadmap.

  • A major update to your plan, or a significant change in circumstances
  • Establishing a self-managed super fund (SMSF)
  • A gearing (borrow-to-invest) strategy
  • A transition-to-retirement strategy
  • Other new, complex strategies beyond your current plan
Whenever an additional advice fee would apply, we scope and quote it with you in writing first — just like the engagement fees above. Nothing new is ever charged by surprise.
Full transparency

How Fintor is paid

Your membership and advice fees are the core of how Fintor is paid. In three areas, Fintor may also receive additional revenue — and in every case it’s disclosed to you in writing before you go ahead. Nothing sits hidden in the background.

Mortgage Broking

When we arrange or refinance a home loan, the lender pays Fintor a commission — an upfront amount and an ongoing trail. This is paid by the lender and set out in your Credit Guide.

Always disclosed

Insurance

Where you put personal insurance in place, the insurer may pay Fintor a commission. Insurance is provided on a general-advice basis through Nexa Life Solutions, and the remuneration is disclosed to you.

Always disclosed

Investment Portfolio Service (IPS)

Our Investment Portfolio Team can manage your investments as a separate, fee-based service. The IPS is elective — it’s optional and never required to be a member or to receive advice.

Elective & disclosed
Fintor Group is a non-aligned licensee — not owned by a bank or insurer. Because it may receive insurance commissions it can’t call itself “independent”, so instead it commits to full disclosure: every fee, commission and the service each relies on is set out in your Financial Services Guide, Credit Guide and Statement of Advice before you proceed.
The alternative

Life without a membership

You can still work with Fintor without a membership — on a pay-as-you-go basis. It’s there when you need it, but you take on more of the coordination yourself, and you don’t get the live dashboard, proactive oversight or structured accountability that come with membership.

How pay-as-you-go works

  • We give you a basic guideline to complete the task yourself, or a clear quote and scope to do it for you.
  • We outline the key dates and timelines to be aware of.
  • Advice assistance is billed in 15-minute increments; invoices are payable within 7 days.
  • No access to the Live Dashboard of your wealth & cashflow — and limited access to client benefits like Investment Committee notes and new opportunities.
  • We still provide administration on commission products — personal insurance and integrated portfolio services.

Advice assistance — hourly rates

ResourcePer hour
Senior Adviser$395
Adviser$235
Sales Team$205
Associate Adviser$165
Client Success Manager$145

Billed in 15-minute increments. Rates are indicative and subject to change; a quote and scope are always provided before any work begins.

Signs a membership would suit you

If any of these have been true over the last 12 months, it’s worth considering whether a membership is right for you:

  • You’ve engaged Fintor to understand strategic changes or answer questions.
  • You want greater control and oversight of your wealth and cashflow.
  • You’ve had a major life or financial change — a job shift, business growth, property purchase or inheritance.
  • You feel uncertain about tax outcomes, investment performance or your super strategy.
  • You find it hard to action advice without structured support and accountability.
  • You regularly need admin help — statements, paperwork, guidance or task completion.
